A Suite Retreat

A Private Retreat on the Lake
This new build on Lake Minnetonka was thoughtfully designed and built in collaboration with architect Eskuche Design Group and builder Stonewood. Every inch of the home was tailored to support daily living, entertaining, and moments of quiet retreat. Nowhere is that more evident than in the owner’s suite, where subtle details and a serene material palette create a calming, spa-like escape.

Daily Luxury: Shower Design
A walk-in shower anchors the bathroom, designed with both beauty and function in mind. Dual shower heads, a built-in bench, and a niche for toiletries offer everyday comfort, while large-format porcelain tiles bring visual drama without overwhelming the space. Texture was key—especially on the floor, where a more tactile tile was chosen to reduce slipping without sacrificing style.
A Subtle Detail with Big Impact
Some of the best design choices are the quietest ones—and the ledge behind the tub in this owner’s suite bath is no exception. We love it for the practicality it adds, and the subtle depth it brings to the space.

Floating Form, Etched Reflection
The floating double vanity brings a bold, modern look while offering everyday function. Quartz countertops are flanked by elegant pendant lights, while the mirror adds an unexpected twist: instead of a single pane or matching pair, it’s etched into visual sections. This refined detail brings depth, texture, and a custom feel to the entire wall.

Lakeside Living, Even from Bed
The tranquility continues into the bedroom, where large windows frame peaceful lake views and natural light fills the space. It’s the perfect extension of the serene bathroom—a place designed not just for sleep, but for slowing down and soaking it all in.
